Cooking Methods
FAST-FRY / STIR-FRY | Recommended
Pat steak dry with paper towel. Season all over.
Heat a lightly oiled nonstick skillet over medium heat; cook steak for 4 to 8 minutes, turning twice or more until cooked to at least medium doneness (160°F/71°C).
GRILL | Alternate
Grill Satay Strips
Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 10 minutes to prevent charring. Season strips or coat in stir-fry sauce.
Thread strips loosely onto soaked wooden skewers.
Grill or broil for 3 to 4 minutes per side until cooked to medium-rare at least (145°F/63°C).
TIPS
Carve Steaks across the grain to maximize tenderness.
Steaks cook more evenly when flipped at least twice during grilling.
For best browning and flavour, pat steaks dry with paper towels before grilling.
Be sure to let steaks rest for about 5 minutes after cooking so that the juices get the chance to settle before you serve or slice.
